An AED-value winner is not established because a reward conversion or recurring fee is unconfirmed. Use the verified differences and ask the issuer about missing terms.

A higher estimate does not establish eligibility. Restricted points and miles need a redemption you can use. Benchmark calculated 2026-10-25; product terms retain the review dates below. Negative values show fees exceeding modelled rewards.

Finance House Forsa assumptions

Conditional welcome and campaign value included: Not estimated. It requires the bank’s new-customer, application-date and spending conditions; it is not a guaranteed payment.

Published renewal fee used; unverified discretionary or relationship waivers are excluded.

Forsa is a debt-consolidation facility with no verified regular rewards programme; it should be assessed by total borrowing cost rather than ranked as a rewards card.

HSBC Live+ assumptions

Conditional welcome and campaign value included: AED 600. It requires the bank’s new-customer, application-date and spending conditions; it is not a guaranteed payment.

Renewal waiver assumes at least AED 12,000 qualifying spend in the preceding card year.

Includes the AED 600 qualifying spend stage; wallet and supplementary-card actions remain excluded. Direct merchant school/utility payments earn 0.5%. All projected spend must be eligible retail within the assigned credit limit.

A lighter budget can miss a spending gate; a bill-heavy budget can earn reduced rates. These examples use the same rules as the personal selector.

Perks and exclusions

  • Lounges: No complimentary lounge entitlement independently verified.
  • Cinema: No current offer verified.
  • Forsa is a personal debt-consolidation card for UAE nationals, rather than a general rewards card. The product page advertises consolidation of up to AED 250,000 in existing card balances. Principal annual and registration fees are free.
  • The February 2026 KFS lists 1.25% monthly interest on a reducing balance. The rate rises to 2% monthly when payments are 60 days past due or the customer fails to close the consolidated other-bank cards within 60 days. The offered rate and repayment plan must be confirmed before applying.
  • The customer selects a monthly minimum repayment rate of 2%, 3%, 4% or 5%, subject to approved terms. A low minimum payment extends repayment and does not represent an interest-free plan.
  • No regular cashback programme, lounge entitlement or product-specific foreign-currency fee was verified. General Platinum/CartNet fees and lifestyle benefits are not assumed for Forsa.
  • The official FH Money product tile shows the actual Forsa Mastercard design. It is promotional artwork, so the chain graphic remains visible rather than being replaced with a reconstructed card.

Perks and exclusions

  • Lounges: 12 annual Visa Airport Companion visits for cardholders; make an international purchase equivalent to at least one US currency unit once per calendar year, at least 15 days before travel.
  • Cinema: Buy 1 Get 1; AED 6,000 monthly spend required
  • General income minimum AED 12,500; AED 5,000 is restricted to approved-company employees. Credit approval is separate.
  • AED 3,000 statement retail spend activates dining 6%, fuel 5%, supermarkets and entertainment 2%, each capped at AED 200 per category. Other eligible retail, including direct school and utility payments, earns 0.5%; below the threshold all eligible retail earns 0.5%.
  • Only eligible merchant retail is modelled; instalment plans, cash equivalents, bank fees, reversals and spend beyond the assigned credit limit are excluded. Entertainment is not a separate matcher input.
  • Cinema BOGO requires AED 6,000 in the booking month. Twelve annual Visa Airport Companion lounge visits require the stated international purchase and advance processing window.
  • Bank foreign currency processing is 2.1% including VAT. A separate scheme processing fee up to 1.21% including VAT can apply. Overseas AED processing is 1.05%; these are not all-in currency conversion costs.
