Emirates Islamic Cashback Plus vs Finance House Forsa
Emirates Islamic Cashback Plus: Cashback with eligible groceries spending. Finance House Forsa: Other rewards under the published conditions. Start with eligibility, reward use and total recurring cost.
Same AED 10,000 monthly budget, paid in full. Net value is eligible rewards plus qualifying welcome offers, less modelled card, joining and plan fees. FX charges, borrowing costs and unpriced perks are excluded.
An AED-value winner is not established because a reward conversion or recurring fee is unconfirmed. Use the verified differences and ask the issuer about missing terms.
A higher estimate does not establish eligibility. Restricted points and miles need a redemption you can use. Benchmark calculated 2026-10-25; product terms retain the review dates below. Negative values show fees exceeding modelled rewards.
Conditional welcome and campaign value included: AED 0. It requires the bank’s new-customer, application-date and spending conditions; it is not a guaranteed payment.
Renewal waiver assumes at least AED 30,000 qualifying spend in the preceding card year.
Tiered eligible-category estimate: monthly spend selects the 3%, 5% or 10% rate and published category caps. Merchant classification, channel exclusions and future-year fee conditions still apply. Only separately identified telecom is included where eligible.
Finance House Forsa assumptions
Conditional welcome and campaign value included: Not estimated. It requires the bank’s new-customer, application-date and spending conditions; it is not a guaranteed payment.
Published renewal fee used; unverified discretionary or relationship waivers are excluded.
Forsa is a debt-consolidation facility with no verified regular rewards programme; it should be assessed by total borrowing cost rather than ranked as a rewards card.
A lighter budget can miss a spending gate; a bill-heavy budget can earn reduced rates. These examples use the same rules as the personal selector.

Forsa is a personal debt-consolidation card for UAE nationals, rather than a general rewards card. The product page advertises consolidation of up to AED 250,000 in existing card balances. Principal annual and registration fees are free.
The February 2026 KFS lists 1.25% monthly interest on a reducing balance. The rate rises to 2% monthly when payments are 60 days past due or the customer fails to close the consolidated other-bank cards within 60 days. The offered rate and repayment plan must be confirmed before applying.
The customer selects a monthly minimum repayment rate of 2%, 3%, 4% or 5%, subject to approved terms. A low minimum payment extends repayment and does not represent an interest-free plan.
No regular cashback programme, lounge entitlement or product-specific foreign-currency fee was verified. General Platinum/CartNet fees and lifestyle benefits are not assumed for Forsa.
The official FH Money product tile shows the actual Forsa Mastercard design. It is promotional artwork, so the chain graphic remains visible rather than being replaced with a reconstructed card.
