Emirates NBD Duo has the higher ongoing modelled value by AED 1,275.9 a year on this AED 10,000 monthly budget. This is an estimate using the stated redemption assumptions, not a personal recommendation or guaranteed saving.

A higher estimate does not establish eligibility. Restricted points and miles need a redemption you can use. Benchmark calculated 2026-11-04; product terms retain the review dates below. Negative values show fees exceeding modelled rewards.

Emirates NBD Duo assumptions

Conditional welcome and campaign value included: AED 0. It requires the bank’s new-customer, application-date and spending conditions; it is not a guaranteed payment.

Renewal uses the generic AED 840 tariff conservatively: the current no-fee offer is not verified as permanent. Confirm your issued terms.

Current bank offer: AED 0 annual fee. The standard tariff is AED 840; the ongoing forecast deducts this conservatively because a permanent renewal waiver is not established. Confirm the fee terms issued to you.

Cash redemption model uses AED 0.75 per Plus Point. Electronics-specific earning cannot be isolated in the generic shopping category; approved credit-limit and merchant classifications apply.

Emirates NBD LuLu 247 Platinum assumptions

Conditional welcome and campaign value included: AED 0. It requires the bank’s new-customer, application-date and spending conditions; it is not a guaranteed payment.

Published renewal fee used; unverified discretionary or relationship waivers are excluded.

Joining fee AED 525; renewal annual fee AED 262.50 including VAT. The price guide’s AED 262.50 is an annual fee, so it does not contradict the separate joining fee. No acquisition waiver is assumed.

Each LuLu Point redeems for AED 1 at UAE LuLu point-of-sale terminals and cannot be exchanged for cash. Groceries are assumed to be outside LuLu; qualifying LuLu purchases are entered separately. Dining uses the lower fast-food rate, while education earns 10% of the base rate. Utility spending assumes direct merchant card payments. Welcome offers are excluded. UK spending conservatively uses the published EU rate because the support table does not explicitly identify the UK.
