Perks and exclusions

  • Lounges: Four complimentary lounge visits annually via LoungeKey, maximum two services per billing cycle after AED 7,000 retail purchases in the previous cycle. AED 110 per person per visit if the spend condition fails. Guest entitlement needs bank confirmation.
  • Cinema: 50% off four tickets per billing cycle pooled across VOX, Reel and Novo via their websites/apps. Separate Cinepolis promotion: 50% off up to eight Deluxe-Plus tickets monthly at Oasis Mall, Sharjah through 31 December 2026.
  • September 2026 KFS publishes 46.20% annual retail interest; the published monthly example is 3.85%. Actual assigned rate appears on your statement. Bank FX spread is 2.89%, plus Visa/Mastercard charges; KFS labels FX VAT not applicable.
  • Welcome qualification uses the bank's first two months after issuance. The calculator uses a 60-day spend projection as an approximation; confirm the actual deadline during digital application.
  • Welcome amounts are standard new-credit-customer incentives. A Mashreq card held or cancelled in the previous six months makes you an existing customer. Do not count the same credit-card reward again as an Early Bird extra.
  • Current redemption table, effective 13 June 2026: 380 points = AED 1 cashback; 288 points = AED 1 noon gift card; 303 points = AED 1 Amazon/POS value; 32 points = 1 Skywards mile; 22 points = 1 Etihad Guest mile; 17 points = 1 Avios. Cash redemption is the model benchmark.
  • 10 Vantage points per AED on supermarket, fuel and dining applies to domestic transactions. International transactions earn 2 points per AED, including foreign category spending.
  • Mashreq Vantage points expire three years after earning. Separately, the entire balance is forfeited after 12 months without earning or redeeming. Payment delay / default can restrict redemption. Cash, voucher and airline conversions differ. This rule is for the named Vantage cards, not automatically Aura or noon rewards.
