Perks and exclusions

  • Lounges: No complimentary access verified
  • Cinema: 50% off up to eight Deluxe-Plus Cinepolis tickets monthly at Oasis Mall, Sharjah through 31 December 2026. Website/app only; mobile wallets excluded. Separate from the paid-card VOX/Reel/Novo offer.
  • September 2026 KFS publishes 46.20% annual retail interest; the published monthly example is 3.85%. Actual assigned rate appears on your statement. Bank FX spread is 2.89%, plus Visa/Mastercard charges; KFS labels FX VAT not applicable.
  • Welcome qualification uses the bank's first two months after issuance. The calculator uses a 60-day spend projection as an approximation; confirm the actual deadline during digital application.
  • Welcome amounts are standard new-credit-customer incentives. A Mashreq card held or cancelled in the previous six months makes you an existing customer. Do not count the same credit-card reward again as an Early Bird extra.
  • No spend minimum for regular cashback. Domestic selected services earn 0.15%, dining earns 5%, other eligible retail earns 1%. Bank-channel bills are excluded. Redemption minimum AED 100; 36-month expiry and 12-month inactivity forfeiture apply.
  • The introductory 20% merchant offer lasts the first four months, capped at AED 50 per merchant per month. Selected direct merchants only; Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank-channel payments excluded. Not assumed in forecast.
  • Mashreq rounds down the total cashback earned in each billing month to a whole dirham before annualisation. The benchmark AED 130.25 monthly accrual becomes AED 130 × 12 = AED 1,560; any separately eligible welcome reward is added once.
