Perks and exclusions

  • Lounges: Mastercard Travel Pass: 25+ advertised regional network; entry conditions apply.
  • Cinema: VOX: 2 tickets per month; consult current booking terms.
  • Tamayaz is a separate Union Coop loyalty programme; ordinary Liv Cashback credit-limit caps are not automatically applied.
  • Petroleum, transit, government, utilities, real estate, education and telecom receive the reduced 0.1% advertised equivalent. Bank-channel utility payments earn no points.
  • Gold membership is available to Union Coop shareholders; confirm the redemption value for your membership before applying.
  • January 2026 combined KFS: Cashback and Tamayaz Platinum monthly interest is 3.49%, with a published minimum salary of AED 5,000; Cashback+ and Tamayaz World have 3.25% interest and an AED 15,000 salary criterion. The generic Tamayaz FAQ still states AED 5,000, so World eligibility remains conflicting pending issuer clarification. Approval and other criteria apply.
  • Published nominal Liv foreign-processing bank fee: 1.99%. Mastercard processing is additional (the bank quotes approximately 1.15%), and conversion and applicable tax costs may apply. Exact percentage VAT and foreign-AED scope are not settled. This is not an all-in FX price.
  • Union Coop-only Tamayaz redemption: Gold shareholders use 60 points for AED 1; Silver uses 80 points for AED 1. Minimum 1,000 points. All points expire on 31 December each year. Use Union Coop’s digital app card under current operator rules. Bank-card earning and ordinary Union Coop loyalty earning are separate; these are store-redemption values, not unrestricted cash.
