First-salary tiers: AED 5,000–9,999 gives AED 100 base + AED 100 early; AED 10,000–19,999 gives AED 350 + AED 250; AED 20,000–49,999 gives AED 1,000 + AED 800; AED 50,000+ gives AED 2,500 + AED 1,500.
For first eligible salary from 1 August 2026, both base and early bonuses are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments. Payments start within 90 days from first salary. Early bonus requires first salary within 90 days of first-ever Mashreq account opening.
Once per lifetime. Previous salary-bonus recipients, Gold/Private customers and bank employees are excluded. Salary must come from a UAE-registered employer through approved salary channels.
First salary locks the tier. Increases cannot increase the bonus; decreases can reduce future instalments. A missing or sub-AED 5,000 salary month forfeits that instalment. Two consecutive missing months during the 12-month period trigger clawback.
